Check below for some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Quiet hours start at 10 PM
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels over the railing
• Candles or incense are prohibited
• Visitors and pets are not allowed
• In case of damage, notify Book Santos immediately
• Violations may result in a R$ 300 to R$ 500 fine, in addition to repair costs
🏊♂️Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music, or inappropriate use
• Use the service elevator if you are wet
🚗 Parking
• 1 rotating parking space per apartment
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the marked spaces
🚲 Bicycle
• Must be kept inside the apartment; use the service elevator
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take one of the 3 elevators on the right, which serve floors 1 through 20. Get off on the 13th floor. The apartment 1317 will be on your right.
• ⚡Voltage: 220V.
•📺 TVs: These are Smart TVs, without free-to-air channels. We suggest that when you finish your stay, you log out of the applications so that your account does not remain open.
• ❄️Air conditioning: close the windows before using it.
• 🪟Curtains: Please take special care when using them. They are delicate and should be handled carefully by sliding them before opening the windows, without forcing them;
•🌧️ Balcony: Always close the glass doors when you leave. If it rains with strong winds, water may enter and damage the furniture.
•🔥 Safety: Before leaving, make sure the oven and stove are turned off.
•🚫 Please note: Do not sit on the sofa or bed while wearing wet clothes.
•👟 Footwear: Do not leave shoes in the hallway.
• When leaving: Close the windows, turn off the air conditioning, lights, and TV, and lock the door
🧹 Basic Cleaning (Complimentary Condominium Service)
• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except holidays), between 8:00 AM and 4:20 PM. There is no additional cost for accepting the Basic Cleaning service.
• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning (sanitizing the sink and toilet and mopping the floor), taking out the trash, and making the beds (if there are clothes or personal items on the bed, the service will not be performed)
• Balcony washing on Wednesdays (balconies must be clear; otherwise, the service will not be performed).
• Indicate with the door-handle sign. If the sign is not displayed and there are no guests in the apartment, the cleaning will be performed.
• Does not include towel replacement
🗑️ Trash
• Dispose of trash in the collection bins next to the mailboxes, in the hallway.
