Please find below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Silence after 10 PM
• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• Candles or incense are not allowed
• No visitors allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15 kg. Please check the pet fee.
• In case of damage, please inform Book Santos immediately
• Non-compliance may result in fines of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music, or improper use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Parking
• 1 rotating parking space per apartment
• Suggested: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bike Rack
• Bicycles must be kept inside the apartment. Please use the service elevator.
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take one of the 3 elevators on the right, which serve the 1st to the 20th floors. Get off on the 9th floor. Turn right and walk to the end of the hallway. Your apartment is 909.
• Voltage: 220V
• The TV is Smart and local channels are available through the digital antenna.
• Air conditioning: To use it, insert the key card into the slot next to the entrance door. When leaving the apartment, do not forget to take the card with you, as it is required to access the apartment again.
• Blinds: Please handle them with extra care. They are delicate and should be operated gently, without forcing them.
• When leaving: Close the windows, turn off the air conditioning, lights, TV, and lock the door
🧹 Basic Housekeeping (Courtesy of the Condominium)
• Available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except holidays), from 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM. There is no extra charge for accepting the basic housekeeping service.
• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning (sink, toilet, and floor), trash removal, and bed making (if there are clothes or personal belongings on the bed, the service will not be performed).
• Balcony cleaning is provided on Wednesdays (the balcony must be clear; otherwise, the service will not be performed).
• Indicate your preference using the door hanger sign. If there is no sign and no guests are in the apartment, housekeeping will be carried out.
• Does not include towel replacement.
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose of trash in the bins located next to the mailboxes in the hallway.
