• Silence after 10 PM

• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• Candles or incense are not allowed

• No children, visitors, or pets allowed

• Non-compliance may result in fines of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs

• The residential building has rotating parking spaces.

• Park centered, respecting the markings

• To use it, request the key at the Front Desk

• The apartment is located on the 9th floor. Your apartment is 906

• Voltage: 220V.

• Elevators: There is a social elevator and a service elevator. Use the service elevator when returning from the beach.

• The TV is not Smart, it has cable channels.

• Curtains: they are delicate and must be handled carefully, without forcing them and always vertically, never diagonally.

• Located on the ground floor, at the back of the building.
