Please see below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the balcony railing
• The use of candles or incense is prohibited
• Visitors are not allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg. Please inquire about the pet fee
• In case of damage, please notify Book Santos immediately
• Failure to comply may result in a fine ranging from R$300 to R$500, in addition to repair costs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas Use
• Swimwear is required
• No beverages, loud noise, or improper use of the area
• Use the service elevator if you are wet
🚗 Parking Garage
• 1 rotating parking space per apartment
• Starting March 2026: Parking will be charged separately
• Suggested floors: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered within the marked space
🚲 Bicycle
• Going down the ramp to the basement and turning left, you will find the Bike Rack
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take the elevator in front of the reception desk, which serves apartments ending in 01 to 04. Get off on the 22nd floor. Your apartment is 2203
• Voltage: 220V
• Living room TV: Smart TV with basic cable channels
• Bedroom TV: Not a Smart TV, equipped with a digital antenna for local channels
• Air conditioning: keep the windows closed while using it.
• Before leaving: Close the windows, turn off the air conditioning, lights, TV, and lock the door
🗑️ Trash
• Dispose of trash in the collection bins located on the ground floor inside the parking area, very close to the door leading to the garage
