Please find below some important information for your stay:
📌 House Rules
• Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM
• No smoking inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels over the railing
• The use of candles or incense is prohibited
• Visits or pets are not allowed
• In case of damage, please notify Book Santos immediately
• Failure to comply may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs
🏊♂️ Pool Use
• Swimwear only
• Always shower before entering the pool
• No drinks or loud music, or improper use
• Use the service elevator if you are wet
💪 Gym
• It is necessary to bring your own towel and clean the equipment after use
• Sound: If any resident is disturbed, the sound must be lowered or turned off
• Children under 14 years old are not allowed to use the space
• Use the service elevator if you are wet
🚗 Parking
• PARKING SPACE: 2nd floor, space number 05 – in front of the elevator (Enter through the gate after the guardhouse and use the intercom to contact the front desk)
• Please park centered, respecting the markings
🔌 General Information
• When using the elevators, get off on the 4th floor. Your apartment is number 45
• Voltage: 110V. There are 220V outlets; they are red and labeled
• Water filter: Pull the lever backward to use the filter and push it forward for regular tap water
• TV: Smart TV with digital channels and apps; please use your own login and password
• Air conditioning: To use it, please keep the windows closed
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off the air conditioning, lights, TV, and lock the door
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Non-recyclable waste: dispose of it on the ground floor, near the ramp that gives access to the basements
• Recyclable waste: dispose of it near the ramp that gives access to the G1 garage
• DISPOSAL in stairways or common areas of the condominium is NOT ALLOWED
🧹 Basic Cleaning
• Offered by the building free of charge from Monday to Friday, except holidays, at a fixed schedule
• Duration of 40 minutes, using the cleaning products available in the apartment
• Dishes are washed (as long as there are not too many and they are not greasy or burnt)
• The bathroom is cleaned once a week; on this day, only the bathroom is cleaned
• To decline the service, leave the sign on the door indicating refusal
