📌 House Rules

• Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels over the railing

• The use of candles or incense is prohibited

• Visits are not allowed

• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15 kg; please inquire about the pet fee

• In case of damage, notify Book Santos immediately

• Failure to comply may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs

🚗 Parking

• This apartment does not have a private parking space.

• Upon arrival, you may speak directly with the doorman. If a space is available, they may allow you to park inside the building.

🔌 General Information

• Apartment 904 is located on the 9th floor of Block 67

• Voltage: 220V

• Elevators: There is one social elevator and one service elevator. Please use the service elevator when returning from the beach. A foot-wash station is available in the parking area to remove sand.

• The TV is not Smart; local open channels are available

• The air conditioning is not working at the moment.

• Shopping carts: may be used to carry luggage upstairs. They are located in the garage area; please return them after use.

• The surfboard in the apartment may be used

• Always close the windows when turning on the air conditioning.

• Before leaving: close windows, turn off the air conditioning, TV, lights, and lock the door.
