Please find below some important information for your stay:

📌 House Rules

• Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM

• No smoking inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels over the railing

• The use of candles or incense is prohibited

• Visits are not allowed

• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15 kg. Remember to bring a potty pad for your puppy.

• In case of damage, please notify Book Santos immediately

• Failure to comply may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs

🏊‍♂️ Pool and Common Areas

• Swimwear only

• No drinks or loud music, or improper use

• Use the service elevator if you are wet

🚗 Parking

• 1 rotating parking spot per apartment

• Suggested floors: 2nd or 3rd floor

• Please park centered, respecting the markings

• If you prefer, you may request assistance from the valet at no additional cost

🚲 Bicycle

• Going down the ramp to the basement and turning left, you will find the Bike Rack

🔌 General Information

• To use the elevators, take the elevator at the end of the hallway, which serves units ending in 05 to 10. Get off on the 13th floor. Your apartment is 1309

• Voltage: 220V

• Living room TV: Smart TV with local open channels available

• Suite TV: Not a Smart TV; basic cable channels available

• TV in the single bedroom: Not working at the moment.

• Air conditioning: To use it, please keep the windows closed

• When leaving: Close windows, turn off the air conditioning, lights, TV, and lock the door

🧹 Basic Cleaning (Condominium Courtesy)

• Every day except holidays, between 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM, with no fixed time. There’s no extra cost for accepting the Basic Cleaning service.

• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning (sink, toilet, and floor), trash removal, and bed arrangement (if there are clothes or objects on the bed, the service will not be performed)

• Indicate with the door hanger sign. If there’s no sign and no guests in the apartment, the cleaning will be done.

• Towels are not replaced

🗑️ Waste Bin

• Dispose of trash in the collection bins located on the ground floor inside the parking area, very close to the door that provides access to the garage
