See below some important information for your stay:

📌 Accommodation Rules

• Silence after 10:00 PM
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• The use of candles or incense is prohibited
Visits or pets are not allowed
• In case of damage, notify Book Santos immediately
• Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs

🏊‍♂️ Use of the Pool and Common Areas

• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music or improper use
• Use the service elevator if you are wet

🚗 Parking

• 1 rotating parking space per apartment
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings

🚲 Bicycle

• Must be kept inside the apartment; use the service elevator

🔌 General Information

• To use the elevators, take one of the 3 elevators on the right, which serve floors 21 through 37. Get off on the 28th floor. On your left you will find apartment 2810.
• ⚡Voltage: 220V.
• 📺 TV: It's SMART and cable channels are available. We suggest logging out of all apps when checking out so that no account remains active.
• ❄️ Air conditioning: to use it, keep the windows closed.
• 🪟Curtains: Please handle with special care. They are delicate and must be moved by sliding before opening the windows, without forcing them.
• 🌧️ Balcony: Always close the glass when leaving. If it rains with wind, furniture may get wet and damaged.
• 🔥 Safety: Before leaving, check that the oven and stove are turned off.
• 🚫 Attention: Do not sit on the sofa or bed with wet clothes.
• 👟 Shoes: Do not leave them in the corridor. Use the shoe rack in front of the door.
• Upon leaving: Close windows, turn off air conditioning, lights, TV and lock the door

🧹 Basic Cleaning (Courtesy of the Condominium)

• Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (except holidays), between 08:00 AM and 16:20 PM. There is no extra cost for accepting the Basic Cleaning.
• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning (sink and toilet sanitation and mopping the floor), trash removal and bed making (if there are clothes or objects on the bed, the service will not be performed).
• Balcony washing on Fridays (balconies must be clear, otherwise the service will not be performed).
• Indicate with the sign on the doorknob. In the absence of the sign and guests, cleaning will be carried out.
• Does not include towel replacement

🗑️ Trash

• Dispose of it in the bins next to the mailboxes, in the corridor.
