Instructions for first-time access to Unique Residence 🌊

⚠️ Important: ⏰ Arrive at the time indicated on your reservation. If you arrive earlier, the apartment may not be available.

🚗🏍 - BY CAR/MOTORCYCLE

1. The parking area is located next to the building entrance.

2. Present yourself at the Front Desk and inform them that you have a reservation.

3. At the reception, after your entry has been authorized, you will receive a parking TAG, which must remain inside your vehicle throughout your stay.

4. Upon departure, please return the TAG to the condominium reception.

_Maximum height: 2,20m.

2. You will be asked to fill out a registration form.

3. After this procedure, reception will allow access to the elevators.
