Please find below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• The use of candles or incense is prohibited
• No visitors or pets are allowed
• In case of damage, immediately notify Book Santos
• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repair costs
🏊♂️ Pool Use
• Only with swimwear
• Always shower before entering the pool
• No drinks, loud music or improper use
• Use the service elevator if you are wet
💪 Gym
• You must bring your own towel and clean the equipment after use
• Sound: If any resident feels bothered, the sound must be lowered or turned off
• Persons under 14 years old are not allowed to use the area;
• Use the service elevator if you are wet
🚗 Parking
• PARKING SPACE: 2nd Basement, spot number 20. If spot 20 is occupied, park in the space in front, number 21 (Enter through the gate after the guardhouse, and ring the intercom beforehand to speak to the front desk)
• Park centered, respecting the markings
• It is necessary to leave the car key on the windshield so the driver of the vehicle behind can maneuver

🔌 General Information
• When using the elevators, go down to the 5th floor. Your apartment is 53
• Voltage: 110V. There are 220V outlets; they are red and labeled
• Water filter: Pushing the lever back opens the filter, pushing it forward opens the normal tap.
• Living Room TV: Smart TV, with Samsung channels and local channels via digital antenna
• Bedroom TV: Smart TV, with Samsung channels, no local channels
• Air conditioning: To use it, please keep the windows closed.
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off the air conditioner, lights, TV and lock the door
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Non-recyclable waste: dispose of it on the ground floor, near the access ramp to the basements.
• Recyclable waste: dispose of it near the access ramp to the G1 garage.
• DISPOSAL IS PROHIBITED on the stairway or in common areas of the condominium.
