🚗 Garage
• 1 marked parking space per apartment (check the Guest Guide to find your correct spot)
• Park centered, respecting the lines
• Be careful on the ramps, as they are narrow
• It is necessary to leave the car key on the windshield in case maneuvering is needed
🩴🏊♂️ Pool and Sauna Use
• Located on the 20th floor, open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. – not heated
• Only with swimwear
⚠️ It is strictly forbidden to enter the pool wearing sunscreen or tanning oil, as it stains the stone edge and can only be removed with strong chemicals, which may cause the pool to be closed during summer. ⚠️
• No drinks, loud music, or improper use
• Use the service elevator if you are wet
🏋🏾🎱 Other Common Areas
• Located on the 20th floor:
- Pool Table: may be used when there is no event taking place
- Open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Located on the 3rd floor:
- Gym: Bring your own towel, clean the equipment after use, and if any resident complains about the music volume, it must be lowered or turned off
- Open 24 hours
- Children under 14 years old are not allowed to use this area
🗑️ Waste Bins
• Non-recyclable waste: dispose of it on the ground floor, near the ramp to the basements
• Recyclable waste: dispose of it near the access ramp to the G1 garage
• DO NOT dispose of waste on stairways or in any common area of the condominium
