📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours after 10 PM

• No smoking inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the balcony railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors or pets allowed

• In case of damage, please contact Book Santos immediately

• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repair costs

• Only with swimwear

• No drinks, loud music, or inappropriate use

• Use the service elevator if you are wet

• 1 rotating parking spot per apartment

• Suggested floors: 2nd or 3rd

• Park centered within the marked lines

• If you prefer, ask the valet for assistance — there is no additional cost

• Going down the ramp to the basement and turning left, you will find the Bike Rack

• To use the elevators, take the one in front of the reception, which serves units ending in 01 to 04. Get off on the 9th floor

• Voltage: 220V

• The sofa bed mattress is not in good condition, therefore accommodation is limited to 2 guests only

• Living room TV: Not a Smart TV, has local channels

• Bedroom TV: Not a Smart TV, has local channels

• Air conditioning: please close the windows when in use

• When leaving: Close windows, turn off air conditioner, lights, TV, and lock the door

• Dispose of trash in the bins located on the ground floor inside the parking area, near the door leading to the garage
