📌 Accommodation Rules
• Quiet hours start at 10 p.m.
• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels over the balcony railing
• Candles and incense are not allowed
• No visitors or pets are allowed
• In case of damage, please contact Book Santos immediately
• Violations may result in a fine from R$300 to R$500 plus repair costs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas
• Access only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music, or inappropriate behavior
• Use the service elevator if you are wet
🚗 Parking
• 1 rotating spot per apartment
• Suggested levels: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, within the marked lines
• You may ask the valet for assistance — there is no extra charge
🚲 Bike Rack
• Go down the ramp to the basement and turn left to find the bike rack
🔌 General Information
• To access the elevators, use the one in front of the reception (serving apartments ending 01–04). Go down to the 9th floor. Your apartment is 901
• Voltage: 220V
• Living room TV: Smart TV, no cable channels
• Bedroom TV: Not Smart, with open broadcast channels
• Air conditioning: please close the windows while in use
• When leaving: close windows, turn off A/C, lights, TV, and lock the door
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose of trash in the collectors located on the ground floor inside the parking area, near the access door to the garage
