📌 Accommodation Rules

• Silence after 10:00 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• Candles or incense are not allowed

• No visitors or pets allowed

• In case of damage, immediately notify Book Santos

• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs

• The apartment does not have a garage space.

• Voltage: 110V

• At the second glass door, enter through the Residential Lobby, and in the elevator select the 16th floor.

• The TV is Smart and only has free-to-air channels.

• Organic and recyclable waste can be disposed of on the ground floor.

• In the video instructions we have an explanation of how to get to the trash cans without having to leave the building
