The condominium offers our guests the common areas listed below, which operate as follows. Before that, please watch the video below:

On the 4th floor:

🥐☕ OPTIONAL BREAKFAST (SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS) 🥐☕

The condominium offers breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 AM to 11 AM, with a self-service option for R$ 40.00, as well as individual items. Payment must be made directly to the condominium via Pix or credit/debit card.

🏊 HEATED POOLS 🌅

Free access with no reservation required. Open Tuesday through Sunday from 7 AM to midnight, and Mondays from 1 PM to midnight.

The lap pool will be closed for maintenance starting August 24, 2026, with no estimated reopening date.

🏋️‍♀️ GYM 🏋️‍♂️

Open from 6 AM to midnight. Free access with no reservation required.

🧖 SAUNA 🧖‍♀️

Located inside the SPA. Open from 6 AM to midnight. Children under 14 are not allowed without a responsible adult. Recommended maximum temperature: 60ºC.

🧖 JACUZZI

The jacuzzi has an average temperature of approximately 36°C. A reservation is required up to 24 hours in advance, with payment for 1 hour of use. Please contact our team via WhatsApp for the rates.

⚠️ We do not recommend using it during the summer because the water is hot ⚠️

🎲 GAME ROOM 🎲

- Open from 8 AM to midnight (⚠️ after 10 PM, keep the doors closed to avoid noise).
- Space for children aged 7 and older.
- Balls, rackets, and small balls must be requested from the security guard or front desks (⚠️ if you cannot find the security guard, return them to the front desk).
- Xbox 360 available with 2 controllers (you must bring your own games).

- Consuming food.
- Entering while wet.
- Children under 12 without adult supervision.

🎯 CHILDREN’S PLAYROOM 🎯

- Open from 8 AM to midnight (⚠️ after 10 PM, keep the doors closed to avoid noise).

- Pick up and return the keys at the condominium reception or the social entrance front desk.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 COWORKING 👩‍💻👨‍💻

Open from 6 AM to midnight, with a reservation and payment required 1 day in advance. Price: R$ 40.00 per hour.

There are 3 options: private booth 01, private booth 02, shared space, and meeting room for more than 3 people.

On the 3rd floor:

👚 OMO SHARED LAUNDRY 👚

Open 24 hours. Located on the 3rd floor. The entire process is handled through the OMO app.

🏖️ BEACH SERVICE 🏖️

⛱️🌴 During the high season (summer): 🌴⛱️
Available Tuesday through Sunday, from 8 AM to 6 PM, with chairs and beach umbrellas set up on the beach.

Instructions:
- Pick up the TAG at the beach entrance front desk (social entrance).
- Hand the TAG to the identified staff member of the Unlimited Ocean Front Condominium on the beach.
- Use is permitted only in the designated areas.
- Each apartment is entitled to 1 beach umbrella and 2 chairs.
- Service is not available on rainy days.
- The summer season ends after Carnival.

Available every day. Chairs and beach umbrellas are available at the beach entrance front desk, subject to data verification and availability.
