On the 4th floor:

The condominium offers breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 11am with self-service for R$ 35.00 and à la carte options. Payment directly to the condominium by Pix or credit/debit card.

🏊 HEATED POOLS 🌅

Free access, no booking required. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 7am to midnight, and Mondays from 1pm to midnight.

Open from 6am to midnight. Free access, no booking required.

🧖 SAUNA 🧖‍♀️

Located inside the SPA. Open from 6am to midnight. Not allowed for minors under 14 unless accompanied by an adult. Maximum recommended temperature: 60ºC.

🧖 JACUZZI (CLOSED UNTIL 09/30)

Jacuzzi with an average temperature of 36°C. Reservation required 1 day in advance, with payment for 1-hour use (check rates via WhatsApp with our team).

🎲 GAME ROOM 🎲

- Open from 8am to midnight (⚠️ after 10pm keep doors closed to avoid noise).
- For children from 7 years old.
- Billiard balls, ping-pong rackets and balls must be requested from the security guard or front desk (⚠️ return items to the front desk if the guard is unavailable).
- Xbox 360 available with 2 controllers (bring your own games).

On the 3rd floor:

Open 24h. Located on the 3rd floor. All processes must be done through the OMO app.

Located in the parking garage. Hooks are spread throughout the garage floors with the apartment number. 1 bicycle per apartment is allowed. Bring your own lock.

🏖️ BEACH SERVICE 🏖️

⛱️🌴 High season (summer): 🌴⛱️
Available Tuesday to Sunday, from 8am to 6pm, with chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach.

Guidelines:
- Collect the tag at the beach entrance (social entrance).
- Hand it to the staff with the Condomínio Unlimited Ocean Front ID on the beach.
- Use only in designated areas.
- Each apartment has the right to 1 umbrella and 2 chairs.
- Service unavailable on rainy days.
- Summer season ends after Carnival.

🌴⛱️ Low season: 🌴⛱️
Available daily. Chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach entrance, released upon ID verification and availability.
