• It is possible to park up to 4 vehicles in the house garage.

• Do not leave garbage accumulated inside the house, especially food waste.

• If your stay is long, please dispose of the garbage regularly to avoid insects and bad odors.

• If there is glass, wrap it in paper or a separate bag to avoid accidents.

• Do not dispose of hot ashes from the grill in the Waste Bin — wait until they are completely cool.

• There are 110V and 220V outlets, and all are labeled.

• Take a shower before entering the pool — this helps keep the water clean for everyone.

• Avoid using sunscreen or tanning oil inside the pool, as these products stain the edges and affect filtration.

• Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Avoid running, pushing, or diving headfirst to prevent accidents.

• Glass cups or bottles are not allowed in the pool area.

• Avoid loud music to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.

• In case of heavy rain or lightning, please wait before returning to the pool.

• After use, please keep the area organized, store your personal items, and clean up what was used.

• The grill is available for guest use throughout the stay.

• Charcoal is not provided, so guests must bring their own.

• Avoid using liquid alcohol to light the fire — use proper charcoal starters instead.

• After use, wait until the charcoal is completely cool before disposing of the ashes.

• Clean the grill and surrounding area after use, leaving it ready for the next guest.

• If you use the house utensils, please wash and store them after use.

• Keep the area clean, without food residue, to avoid insects and odors.

• Please leave the house organized at the end of your stay.

• Inform us of your expected departure time so we can coordinate with Mr. Tom and Mrs. Lourdes for key collection.
