🚗 Parking

• 1 space per apartment

• Spaces are rotating

• Park in a way that keeps the car centered within the floor markings, avoiding taking up more than one space, which would inconvenience other residents

🗑️ Waste Bin

• The waste bins are located on the 1st floor and Basement.

• Dispose of trash properly inside the bin, do not place it on top.

🚴🏽‍♀️Bike Rack

• Located in the basement, after going down the ramp, further back on the right-hand side

• Use your own lock

👙Exit for Beachgoers

• Use the service elevator when returning from the beach

• Do not walk through the social hall wearing swimwear or carrying beach items such as chairs and boards.

🏋️‍♀️Gym

• Located on the 4th floor

• Open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM – if closed, the key must be collected at reception

🏊‍♂️Swimming Pool

• Located on the 21st floor

• Open on Mondays: 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM (closed Monday mornings for cleaning); Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM

🧺Laundry

• Located on the 4th floor

• Open 24 hours a day – if closed, the key must be collected at reception

• Located on the 4th floor

• Kids' Playroom, Game Room and Coworking

• Open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM – if closed, the key must be collected at reception
