🚗 Parking

• 1 parking spot per apartment

• Parking spots are rotating

• Please park your car centered within the marked space on the floor, avoiding occupying more than one spot, which may inconvenience other residents

🗑️ Waste Bin

• The waste bins are located on the 1st floor and in the basement.

• Dispose of trash properly inside the waste bins; do not leave it on top.

🚴🏽‍♀️ Bike Rack

• Located in the basement; once you go down the ramp, it is further back on the right-hand side

• Please use your own lock

👙 Beach Exit

• Please use the service elevator when returning from the beach

• Do not walk through the social lobby wearing swimwear or carrying beach items such as chairs and surfboards

• When returning from the beach, use the foot wash station to remove sand

🏋️‍♀️ Gym

• Located on the 4th floor

• Open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM – if closed, please request the key at the front desk

🏊‍♂️ Pool

• Located on the 21st floor

• Hours: Monday from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM (cleaning in the morning); Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM

• Swimwear only

• No drinks or loud music (portable speakers are not allowed) or improper use of the area

• ⚠️It is forbidden to enter the pool wearing sunscreen or tanning oil, as it stains the pool edge stones and can only be removed with strong chemical products, which may lead to pool closure during summer ⚠️

🧺 Laundry Room

• Located on the 4th floor

• Open 24 hours a day – if closed, please request the key at the front desk

🌆 Other Social Areas

• Located on the 4th floor

• Kids’ playroom, Game Room, and Coworking Space

• Open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM – if closed, please request the key at the front desk
