🚗 Parking

• 1 designated space per apartment (check in the Guest Guide which is your correct space)

• Park centered, respecting the markings

🗑️ Waste Bin

• The waste bins are located on the ground floor.

• Dispose of trash properly inside the bin, do not place it on top.

🧹 Basic Cleaning

• Provided by the building free of charge from Monday to Friday, except on holidays.

• It is a very basic cleaning that lasts 15 minutes (they mop, collect the trash, and clean the bathroom).

• Done once a day, with no fixed schedule.

• To decline, inform reception by dialing extension 9.

🚴🏽‍♀️Bike Rack

• Located in the basement, as soon as you go down the ramp you can see

• Use your own lock

👙Exit for Beachgoers

• Use the service elevator when returning from the beach

• There is a foot wash to remove sand in the parking area, near the service gate.

• Do not walk through the social hall wearing swimwear or carrying beach items such as chairs and boards.

🏋️‍♀️Gym

• Located on the 27th floor

• Open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM – access code required for social areas

🏊‍♂️Swimming Pool

• Located on the 27th floor

• Open on Mondays: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (closed Monday mornings for maintenance and cleaning) and Tuesday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM – access code required for the social area

🧺Laundry

• Located on the ground floor

• Open 24 hours a day. Tokens must be purchased with us via WhatsApp before use and collected at the reception. The cost is R$ 6.00 per cycle or R$ 12.00 for a complete cycle (wash and dry).
