🚗 Parking

• 1 designated space per apartment (check your Guest Guide for the correct space)

• Park centrally, respecting the demarcation

• Be careful with the ramps, as they are narrow.

🩴🏊‍♂️Use of the Pool and Sauna

• Located on the 17th floor, it is open from 8am to 10pm - it is not heated

• Only in swimsuit

• ⚠️It is forbidden to enter the pool with sunscreen or suntan lotion, as it stains the stone edge and can only be removed with strong chemicals, which can result in the pool being closed in the summer. ⚠️

• No drinking, loud music or inappropriate use

• Use the service elevator if it is wet

• Located on the 3rd floor: Gym, Coworking, Games Room, Playroom and Shared Laundry OMO

• They are open from 8am to 10pm

• Collect and return keys directly from the concierge

🏋🗑️ Waste Bin

The trash cans are located on the ground floor, very close to the access door to the garage.

There's a door next to the elevator, and next to it is the trash can area. This door is like the door to exit the "reception"; you pass your hand through, the sensor sees it, and it opens.
