Instructions for first access to the Maralta Condominium🌊

⚠️ Important: ⏰ Arrive at the time indicated on your reservation. If you arrive earlier, the apartment may not be available.

🚗🏍 - BY CAR/MOTORCYCLE

1. When you arrive at the condominium, use the intercom to the left of the main entrance to speak to the doorman, even if you are in a car.

2. Inform the doorman of the guest's name and apartment number. Present all guest IDs.

3. After release the garage door will open.

4. The parking card is in the apartment and must be used throughout your stay.

5. Check the Guest Guide for the correct parking space (they are marked spaces).
