⚠️ Important: ⏰ Arrive at the time indicated on your reservation. If you arrive earlier, the apartment may not be available.

🚗🏍 - BY CAR/MOTORCYCLE

⚠️OBS: There is no free parking. Parking is available at the residential complex for R$30.00.

1. Upon arrival, go to the right of the building (SmartFit Gym entrance), park the vehicle in front of the access controller, without obstructing the passage;

2. Go to the reception, inside the building, with ALL guests and identification documents, and inform the name of the reservation holder and apartment number.

3. The gatekeeper will take photos of everyone to open the doors using facial recognition..

4. Still at the entrance, as stated in the advertisement, a TAG must be purchased for R$30 (payment by cash). This TAG must be handed over to the parking access controller, who will install and release it.
