Instructions for first access to Residencial Marco Aurélio🌊

⚠️ Important: ⏰ Arrive at the time indicated on your reservation. If you arrive earlier, the apartment may not be available.

🚗🏍 - BY CAR/MOTORCYCLE

1. Upon arrival, use the intercom to speak to the gatekeeper. (Make sure you are using the correct intercom)

2. Please provide the name of the guest and the apartment number.

3. After release, park the vehicle at the back of the building, following to the right, where Residencial Marco Aurélio is located.

1. Use the intercom to speak to the gatekeeper, inform the name of the guest and the apartment number.

2. After confirming the data, the gatekeeper of the building will be opened.

3. Follow the hall to the right to the end, to reach the entrance to Residencial Marco Aurélio

4. Present everyone's documents for verification directly to the gatekeeper. After verification, access to the elevator will be granted.

The residential has constant monitoring and follows strict access rules

Visitors are not allowed.

If you need to include a guest, please let us know in advance to avoid embarrassment or more serious situations.
