Instructions for first-time access to Housi Santos 🌊

⚠️ Important: ⏰ Arrive at your reservation time. If you arrive earlier, the gate will not open.

🚗 - BY CAR/MOTORCYCLE

1. Go to the intercom at the service/or social entrance, inform the receptionist of everyone's name and identification and wait for permission.

2. Check the Guest Guide for the correct parking space (these are marked spaces).

⚠️_(Attention: Do not park your car in front of the garage to avoid blocking the passage.)_ ;

3. The garage door remote is inside the apartment, on the table. Use it throughout your stay and leave it on the table before leaving.

4. If you lose the garage door remote, there is a R$50.00 fine for a replacement. We do not have extra remotes.

1. Use the intercom next to the guardhouse (social reception).

2. Enter everyone's name and document and wait for release after data confirmation.

3. Use facial biometrics to enter, one guest at a time.

4. To exit, there are buttons next to the doors.

2. Pets or beachwear will not be allowed to enter through the social entrance.

3. Use the foot bath located at the service entrance to remove sand.

The condominium has constant monitoring and follows strict access rules

Visitors are not allowed.

If you need to include a guest, please let us know in advance to avoid embarrassment or more serious situations.
