Instructions for first-time access to Unlimited Ocean Front 🌊
⚠️ Important: ⏰ Arrive at the time indicated on your reservation. If you arrive earlier, the apartment may not be available.
🚗 - BY CAR
1. Stop your car at the demarcation for the camera to read the license plate.
2. Enter with one car at a time - max height: 2.20m _( if you have a trailer, please inform us and the reception as the gates will need to be opened manually)_ .
3. Stop at the Check-in area and present everyone's documents.
4. Lower the window to release the 2nd gate with facial recognition.
⚠️_(Obs.: The gate closes very quickly after the vehicle enters, so it is important to wait your turn if there is another vehicle in front.)_ ;
5. Parking spaces are rotating, park in such a way as to center the car within the markings on the floor, avoiding taking up more than one space, which would harm other residents.
6. Suggestion: Park on the 2nd or 3rd floor
🏍 - BY MOTORCYCLE:
1. The motorcycle's license plate is not detected by the camera, making it necessary to press the intercom to identify yourself
2. When ringing the vehicle access intercom, please inform the name of the person responsible for the reservation and the apartment, after checking the gate will open
3. Stop at the location indicated with the [Check-in Area] sign and present everyone's documents to the access controller.;
