📌 Accommodation Rules

• Silence after 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• Candles or incense are not allowed

• No visitors or pets allowed

• In case of damage, please inform Book Santos immediately

• Failure to comply may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repair costs

• The apartment does not have a parking space.

• Voltage: 110V

• Enter through the Residential Lobby via the second glass door, then select the 2nd floor in the elevator.

• The TV is Smart and only has free-to-air channels.

• The social areas such as gym, laundry, and pool are located in the Residential Lobby, and their use is currently allowed

• Organic and recyclable waste can be disposed of on the ground floor near the reception

• Upon exiting through the first glass door, to the left after the security booth you will find the waste bins
