🏠 Welcome to apartment 1809!
Please find below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Silence from 10:00 PM
• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• Use of candles or incense is prohibited
• Visitors or pets are not allowed
• In case of damage, immediately notify Book Santos
• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music, or improper use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Parking
• 1 rotating spot per apartment
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bicycle
• The apartment's Bike Rack hook is located on the 2nd floor.
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take one of the 3 elevators on the right, serving the 1st to 20th floors. Exit on the 18th floor. On your left is apartment 1809.
• ⚡Voltage: 220V. There is only 1 outlet 110V, used for the water filter
•📺 TVs: Local free channels are available (Live option on the home screen). In addition, all are Smart TVs. Please log out of apps at the end of your stay.
• ❄️Air conditioning: close the windows before use.
• 🪟Curtains: Please handle with care. They are delicate and must be moved before opening the windows, without forcing them;
•🌧️ Balcony: Always close the glass when leaving. Rain with wind may wet and damage furniture.
•🔥 Safety: Before leaving, check that oven and stove are off.
•🚫 Caution: Do not sit on the sofa or bed with wet clothes.
•👟 Shoes: Not allowed in the corridor. Use the shoe rack in front of the door.
•💡 Bedside lamps: Rechargeable. Cable is in the nightstand drawer. You can use your phone charger. An extension cord is in the utensils cabinet (hallway).
•🔌 Home office desk outlet: If you need to remove the power strip under the desk, please put it back before checkout.
• Upon leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door
🧹 Basic Cleaning (Condo Courtesy)
• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except holidays), between 08:00 AM and 04:20 PM. No extra cost for Basic Cleaning
• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning (sink, toilet, floor), trash removal, and bed arrangement (if free of clothes/objects)
• Balcony washing on Fridays (must be clear, otherwise service will not be done)
• Indicate with the door hanger. In its absence and without guests, cleaning will be performed
• Does not include towel change
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose in the collectors next to the mailboxes, in the corridor.
