📌 Accommodation Rules

• Silence after 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• Candles or incense are not allowed

• No visitors allowed

• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, pet fee applies

• In case of damage, please inform Book Santos immediately

• Failure to comply may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repair costs

• The apartment does not have a parking space.

• Voltage: 110V

• Enter through the Residential Lobby via the second glass door, then select the 19th floor in the elevator. Your apartment is 1908

• The TV is Smart and only has free-to-air channels.

• Organic and recyclable waste can be disposed of on the ground floor, near the reception

• In the video instructions, we explain how to reach the waste bins without leaving the building
