Check below for some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM
• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the window ledge
• Candles or incense are prohibited
• Visits or pets are not allowed
• In case of damage, immediately notify Book Santos
• Violations may result in a fine from R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repairs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas Use
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music , or inappropriate use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Garage
• 1 rotating parking spot per apartment
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bicycle
• Must be kept inside the apartment; use the service elevator
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take one of the 3 elevators on the right, serving floors 1 to 20. Get off on the 9th floor. The apartment is on your right.Your apartment is 905
• Voltage: 220V. There is a 110V outlet on the kitchen counter without a label
• TV is Smart
• Stove: pay attention to the burner size, respecting the pot diameter
• Stovetop: pay attention to the size of the burners, respecting the diameter of the pans. There are 2 burners that don't work:

• Electric oven: the gas safety valve is not working. Suggested use: electric or grill
• Windows: open halfway, starting with the pivot door on the left
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off air conditioning, lights, TV, and lock the door
🧹 Basic Cleaning (Courtesy of the Condominium)
• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except holidays), between 08:00 and 16:20. No extra cost for accepting Basic Cleaning.
• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning (sink and toilet sanitation, floor mopping), trash removal, and bed making (service will not be performed if there are clothes or items on the bed)
• Balcony cleaning on Wednesdays (balconies must be free; otherwise, service will not be performed)
• Indicate with a sign on the doorknob. If the sign is missing or no guests are present, cleaning will still be performed.
• Does not include towel exchange

• Dispose in the bins next to the mailboxes in the corridor
