📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours from 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No candles or incense allowed

• No visitors or pets are allowed

• In case of damage, notify Book Santos immediately

• Violations may result in fines from R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs

🚗 Parking

• Parking is paid separately, directly with the valets

🔌 General Information

• Voltage: 220V.

• Elevators: Hold the card near the sensor and then enter 23. Go down to the 23rd floor.

• There is a social elevator and a service elevator. Use the service elevator when returning from the beach

• Air conditioning: Always close the windows when turning on the air conditioning.

• The TV is Smart and has 40 channels. To rotate the TV mount, always turn clockwise to avoid tangling the cable or turning off the TV. Always hold the mount, not the TV (we have a video in the tutorial)

🗑️ Waste Bin

• There are trash bins in the corridors and lobby. For large items, there is a dumpster in front of the building

📌 When Leaving

• Before leaving: close windows, turn off the air conditioning, TV, lights, and lock the door.

• Return the elevator card to the reception
