📌 Accommodation Rules

• Silence after 10:00 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No candles or incense allowed

• No visitors are permitted

• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, check the pet fee

• In case of damage, immediately notify Book Santos

• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs

• Only with swimwear

• No drinks, loud music or inappropriate use

• Use the service elevator if wet

• 1 rotating spot per apartment

• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor

• Park centered, respecting the markings

• If you prefer, request assistance from the valet, no extra cost

• Going down the ramp to the basement, turn left to find the Bike Rack

• To use the elevators, take the elevator in front of the reception, serving apartments ending in 01 to 04. Get off on the 6th floor

• The TV is smart and open channels are available

• Air conditioning: to use, close the windows.

• When leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door

• Dispose of waste in the Waste Bin located on the ground floor inside the parking lot, near the garage access door
