Below you will find some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Quiet hours from 10 PM
• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• No candles or incense allowed
• No visitors allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium dogs up to 15kg; check pet fee
• In case of damage, immediately inform Book Santos
• Violations may result in fines of R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repair costs
🏊♂️ Use of the Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music, or inappropriate use
• ⚠️It is forbidden to enter the pool with sunscreen or tanning oil, as it stains the stone edge and can only be removed with strong chemicals, which may cause the pool to be closed in summer. ⚠️
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Garage
• Do not honk, use the intercom
• PARKING SPOT: Basement, spot number 7 (Enter through the gate after the security booth, use the intercom)
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bike Rack
• Down the ramp to the basement
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators: Go down to the 6th floor
• Voltage: 220V
• TV: it is Smart, no channels available.
• Air conditioning: to use, close the windows.
• Curtains: please handle them with care. They are delicate and must be operated carefully, without forcing, always vertically, never diagonally.
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose of trash in the waste bins located on the ground floor, right next to the garage access door.

📌 Upon Departure
• Before leaving: close windows, turn off the air conditioning, TV, lights, and lock the door.
• Leave the parking remote control inside the apartment at the end of your stay and use the intercom to open the gate
