📌 House Rules

• Quiet hours after 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors or pets allowed

• Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs

🚗 Parking

• It is possible to use the building’s parking lot at a cost of R$ 30.00

• The access tag is provided by security and must remain in the car during your entire stay, similar to the “Sem Parar” system

• Park centered, respecting the markings

🚲 Bicycle

🔌 General Information

• Voltage: 220V

• Elevators: There is a social elevator and a service elevator. Please use the service elevator when returning from the beach. The apartment is on the 6th floor. Your apartment is 614

• Living Room TV: it is Smart and has open channels

• Blinds: they are delicate and must be handled with care, without forcing them and always vertically, never diagonally

🗑️ Waste Bin

• There is a waste bin on the floor, inside the small room to the right of the stairs, separating organic and recyclable trash

• The condominium may apply a fine if trash is found in the hallways or stairs

📌 When Leaving

• Always close the windows when turning on the air conditioning

• Before leaving: close the windows, turn off the air conditioning, TV, and lights, and lock the door.
