Below are some important details for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• Candles and incense are not allowed
• No visitors are allowed
• The apartment allows small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, please check the pet fee
• In case of damage, please notify Book Santos immediately
• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas Use
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music or inappropriate use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Parking
• 1 rotating spot per apartment
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bicycle
• The apartment’s Bike Rack is located on the 2nd floor.
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take one of the 3 elevators on the right, serving floors 21 to 37. Get off on the 25th floor. Apartment 2506 will be on your left.
• Voltage: 220V
• Living Room TV: smart and has Claro TV
• TVs in rooms: they are smart and do not have channels
• Piped Gas: turn on the gas when using the stove, pipe is under the sink
• Kitchen countertop and sink: handle with care, natural stone can stain; do not place hot pots without protection
• Blinds: Please handle carefully, they are delicate and should not be forced
• Air conditioning: close windows before use
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off air conditioning, lights, TV, and lock the door
🧹 Basic Cleaning (Courtesy of the Condominium)
• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except holidays), between 08:00 AM and 4:20 PM. No extra cost for Basic Cleaning.
• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning (sink, toilet, floor), trash removal, and bed-making (service will not be performed if items are on the bed)
• Balcony cleaning on Fridays (balconies must be clear, otherwise service will not be performed)
• Indicate with the sign on the doorknob. If no sign and no guests, cleaning will be done
• Does not include towel change
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose of trash in the containers next to the mailboxes in the hallway
