Please find below some important information for your stay:

📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours start at 10 PM

• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors or pets are allowed

• In case of damage, please inform Book Santos immediately

• Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs

🚗 Parking

• The apartment does not include a parking space.

🔌 General Information

• Voltage: 110V

• The apartment is located in the 2nd tower, on the 4th floor. To access it, please use the elevators on the left side of the lobby, located further back before reaching the small market.

• The TV is Smart and Samsung TV is available

• Curtains: Please handle with special care. They are delicate and must be used carefully, without forcing them.

• Always close the windows when turning on the air conditioning.

🗑️ Waste Disposal

• Located on level -2. When exiting the service elevator, turn left. There is a small room on the right to dispose of the waste.
