📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours start at 10 PM

• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No candles or incense allowed

• No visitors allowed

• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 33 lbs (15 kg), pet fee applies

• In case of damage, immediately contact Book Santos

• Failure to comply may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repairs

• Only with swimwear

• No drinks, loud music, or inappropriate use

• Use the service elevator if wet

• 1 rotating spot per apartment

• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor

• Park centered, respecting the markings

• If preferred, request assistance from the valet, no extra cost

• Going down the ramp to the basement, turn left to find the bike rack

• To use the elevators, take the one at the end of the hallway, serving units ending in 05 to 10. Get off on the 12th floor

• Voltage: 220V

• TVs: Not Smart, only local free-to-air channels available

• Air conditioning: close the windows before use

• When leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door

• Dispose of trash in the collectors located on the ground floor inside the parking lot, near the door that leads to the garage
