Please check below for some important information about your stay:


📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM

• No smoking inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels over the railing

• Candles or incense are not allowed

• No visitors are allowed

• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15 kg (33 lbs). Please check the pet fee.

• In case of damage, please notify Book Santos immediately

• Failure to comply may result in a fine between R$300 and R$500, in addition to repair costs


🚗 Garage

• The garage entrance is on the right side of the building.

• The exit is on the left side.

• Guests will have access to the remote control to open the gate after check-in. It will be located on the sideboard in the dining room.

• At the end of your stay, please leave the remote control on the dining room sideboard.

• Located on the ground floor

🔌 General Information

• Voltage: 220V

• Elevators: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Your apartment number is 33.

• When returning from the beach, use the service entrance to access the garage. Upon return, take the same route. There is a foot wash at the back of the building. Go up to the apartment using the service elevator.

• It is forbidden to walk through the social hall wearing swimwear or carrying beach items such as chairs or surfboards.

• The TV is a Smart TV with open channels available

    • 🗑️ Waste Bin

    • There are two waste bins on the stairway landing of the apartment floor: the larger bin with a plastic bag is for organic waste, and the smaller one is for recyclables.

    📌 Before Leaving

    • Always close the windows when using the air conditioner.

    • Before leaving: close all windows, turn off the air conditioner, TV, and lights, and lock the door.

    • Leave the garage remote control and access tag on the dining room sideboard.
