Please find below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Quiet hours from 10 PM
• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• No use of candles or incense
• No visitors allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, check pet fee
• In case of damage, immediately inform Book Santos
• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music, or inappropriate use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Garage
• 1 rotating parking spot per apartment
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bicycle
• Going down the ramp to the basement, further back on the right side you will find the bike rack
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, press the 13th floor
• Voltage: 110V. There are 220V outlets (for the cooktop), they are red and located inside the cabinet under the cooktop
• The TV is smart and open channels are available
• Kitchen Switch: to turn on the kitchen light, the switch is behind the blackout curtain on the left side (facing from the living room to the kitchen)
• Pans: never place hot pans on the White Marble kitchen countertop, there are several trivets available in the cabinet drawers to avoid this issue, which may result in repair charges at the end of the stay.
• Curtains: they are delicate and must be handled with care, without forcing them and always vertically, never diagonally.
• Balcony Door: ⚠️ If you are alone, do not close the balcony door from the outside, as it cannot be opened! ⚠️
• Upon leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Disposal on the 1st floor and Basement, please take special care to properly dispose of trash and do not leave it on top of the bin but inside it.
