Please find below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Quiet hours from 10 PM
• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• No use of candles or incense
• No visitors allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, check pet fee
• In case of damage, immediately inform Book Santos
• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks or loud music (portable speakers are not allowed) or improper use of the area
• Use the service elevator if wet
• ⚠️Entering the pool with sunscreen or tanning oil is prohibited, as it stains the pool edge stones and can only be removed with strong chemical products, which may lead to pool closure during summer ⚠️
🚗 Garage
• 1 rotating parking spot per apartment
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bicycle
• Going down the ramp to the basement, further back on the right side you will find the bike rack
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, press the 13th floor. Your apartment is 139
• Voltage: 110V. There are 220V outlets (they are red)
• Power: When the apartment door is closed, a beep will sound for 30 seconds. During this period, the guest must press the button to ensure that the power remains on.
• The TV is smart and open channels are available
• Curtains: they are delicate and must be handled with care, without forcing them and always vertically, never diagonally.
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Disposal on the 1st floor and Basement, please take special care to properly dispose of trash and do not leave it on top of the bin but inside it.
