Please find below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Quiet hours after 10 PM
• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• Candles or incense are not allowed
• No visitors are allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, please check the pet fee
• In case of damage, please inform Book Santos immediately
• Failure to comply may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs
🏊♂️ Use of Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks or loud music (portable speakers are not allowed) or improper use of the area
• Please use the service elevator if wet
• ⚠️Entering the pool with sunscreen or tanning oil is prohibited, as it stains the pool edge stones and can only be removed with strong chemical products, which may lead to pool closure during summer ⚠️
🚗 Parking
• 1 rotating parking space per apartment
• Suggested: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bicycle
• Going down the ramp to the basement, at the back on the right-hand side you will find the bike rack
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, select the 20th floor. Your apartment is 202
• Voltage: 110V. There are 220V outlets (for the cooktop), they are red and located inside the cabinet under the cooktop
• The TV is Smart and only free-to-air channels are available
• Kitchen Light Switch: to turn on the kitchen light, the switch is behind the blackout curtain on the left side (when looking from the living room into the kitchen)
• Eletric Grill: As stated in the advertisement, it is not working. If you turn it on, there is a risk of tripping the circuit breaker.
• Balcony Door: ⚠️ If you are alone, do not close the balcony door from the outside, as there is no way to open it! ⚠️
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door
🗑️ Trash
• Disposal on the 1st floor and Basement, we kindly ask you to properly dispose of trash and not leave it on top of the bin but inside it.
