Please find below some important information for your stay:

📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours start at 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors are allowed

• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, pet fee applies

• In case of damage, immediately inform Book Santos

• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repair costs

🚗 Garage

• The apartment’s parking spaces are on the 3rd floor: 65 and 66.

• The parking card is inside the apartment. Use it throughout your stay to avoid fines

• Park centered, respecting the markings.

🚲 Bike Rack

🔌 General Information

• Voltage: 220V

• Elevators: There is a social elevator and a service elevator. Please use the service elevator when returning from the beach. The apartment is on the 11th floor

• The TVs are Smart and have open channels

• Curtains: They are delicate and must be handled carefully, without forcing them, always vertically and never diagonally.

• Close the windows every time you turn on the air conditioning.

• Shopping Cart: the card is inside the apartment; after use, return the card to the apartment

🗑️ Waste Bin

• The waste bins are located on the ground floor

• Dispose of trash properly, never on top of the bins, always inside them.

📌 When Leaving

• Before leaving: close the windows, turn off the air conditioning, the TV, the lights, and lock the door.

• Leave the parking card inside the apartment at the end of your stay
