🏠 Welcome to apartment 1312!
Please find below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Silence after 10 PM
• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• Candles or incense are not allowed
• No visitors allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium dogs up to 15kg, check pet fee
• In case of damage, immediately contact Book Santos
• Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music or inappropriate use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Garage
• 1 rotating spot per apartment
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bike Rack
• The apartment's bike hook is located on the 2nd floor.
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take one of the 3 elevators on the right, which serve from the 1st to the 20th floor. Get off on the 13th floor. To your right will be apartment 1312.
• Voltage: 220V
• TV is not Smart but has a Fire Stick that makes it Smart, includes open channels
• Air conditioning: to use, close the windows.
• Blinds: We kindly ask for special care. They are delicate and need to be handled carefully, without forcing;
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door
🧹 Basic Cleaning (Courtesy of the Condominium)
• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except holidays), between 8:00 AM and 4:20 PM. No extra cost for accepting Basic Cleaning.
• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning (sink sanitization, toilet cleaning, and floor mopping), trash removal, and bed making (if there are clothes or objects on the bed, the service will not be performed)
• Balcony washing on Wednesdays (balconies must be clear, otherwise the service will not be performed).
• Indicate with the door handle sign. If the sign is absent and guests are not in the apartment, cleaning will be carried out.
• Does not include towel changes
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose of in the collectors next to the mailboxes, in the hallway or to the left of the apartment near the elevators
