• Quiet hours after 10 PM

• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors or pets are allowed

• In case of damage, notify Book Santos immediately

• Violations may result in a fine of $60 to $100 USD, plus repair costs

• The apartment does not have a parking space.

• Voltage: 110V

• Use the last 2 elevators (social) and select the 9th floor. Apartment 904 is located at the second door on the right.

• The TV is Smart and already logged into Netflix and Disney+, no cable channels available.

• The half bathroom is located inside the apartment’s closet.

• Organic and recyclable waste can be disposed of on the ground floor.
