📌 House Rules

• Quiet hours after 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors or pets are allowed

• Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs

• The building has rotating parking spaces.

• Park centered, respecting the markings

• To use it, request the key at the front desk

• Voltage: 220V

• Elevators: There is a social elevator and a service elevator. Please use the service elevator when returning from the beach

• The TV is Smart and has cable channels

• Curtains: they are delicate and must be handled with care, without forcing them and always vertically, never diagonally

• Located on the ground floor, at the back of the building
