Please see below some important information for your stay:

📌 House Rules

• Quiet hours after 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors or pets allowed

• In case of damage, immediately inform Book Santos

• Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs

🚗 Parking

• The apartment does not have a parking space.

• Upon arrival, you can speak directly with the doorman. If there is a spot available, they will allow you to park inside the building.

🚲 Bicycle

🔌 General Information

• Voltage: 220V

• The apartment is on the 10th floor

• Elevators: There is a social elevator and a service elevator. Please use the service elevator when returning from the beach; there is a foot washer in the parking area to remove sand.

• TV: It is a Smart TV with open channels.

• Curtains: They are delicate and must be handled with care, without forcing them and always vertically, never diagonally.

🗑️ Waste Bin

• Waste bins are located in the garage on the ground floor, near the Bike Rack and the foot washer.
