Please see below some important information for your stay:

📌 House Rules

• Quiet hours after 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors allowed

• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, please check the pet fee

• In case of damage, immediately inform Book Santos

• Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs

🚗 Parking

• The apartment’s parking spot is on the 1st floor: G-66.

• A parking card will be provided. Please use it during your entire stay.

• Park centered, respecting the markings.

🚲 Bicycle

🔌 General Information

• Voltage: 220V

• Elevators: There is a social elevator and a service elevator. Please use the service elevator when returning from the beach; there is a foot washer in the parking area to remove sand.

• TV: It is a Smart TV with cable channels.

• Curtains: They are delicate and must be handled with care, without forcing them and always vertically, never diagonally.

• Close the windows every time you turn on the air conditioner.

🗑️ Waste Bin

• Waste bins are located on the ground floor.

• Dispose of trash properly, always placing it inside the bin, not on top of it.

📌 When Leaving

• Before leaving: close windows, turn off the air conditioner, TV, and lights, and lock the door.

• Return the apartment key and the parking card to the front desk at the end of your stay.
