Please find below some important information for your stay:

📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours start at 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors or pets are allowed

• In case of damage, immediately inform Book Santos

• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repair costs

• The apartment does not have a parking space.

• Voltage: 110V

• Use the last two (social) elevators and select the 21th floor. Apartment 2111 is located at the second door on the right.

• The TV is Smart and has Samsung TV.

• Curtains: Please handle with special care. They are delicate and must be operated gently, without forcing them.

• Close the windows every time you turn on the air conditioning.

• Organic and recyclable waste can be disposed of on the ground floor near the reception.
