📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours from 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No candles or incense allowed

• No visitors are allowed

• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 33 lbs, check pet fee

• In case of damage, please notify Book Santos immediately

• Violations may result in fines from R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs

🚗 Garage

• The apartment does not have a parking space.

🔌 General Information

• Voltage: 110V

• Elevators: Use the last 2 on the right, on the panel press numbers 2 and 6 and then Confirm. Get off on the 26th floor and to your left is apartment 263.

• The TV is Smart and only has open channels.

• It is not allowed to fill bottles to take to the apartment from the water filters in the common areas. There is a water filter in the apartment.

• Water filter: after use, turn off the valve to avoid leaks.

🗑️ Waste Bin

• Organic and recyclable waste can be disposed of in the bins located to the left of the elevator (on the apartment floor), at the marked door on the wall also to the left.

• The black bin is for organic waste.

• The green bin is for recyclable waste.

• Always close the windows when turning on the air conditioning.

• Before leaving: close windows, turn off the air conditioning, TV, lights, and lock the door.
