📌 Accommodation Rules

• Silence after 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• Candles or incense are not allowed

• No visitors or pets allowed

• In case of damage, notify Book Santos immediately

• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repair costs

• Only with swimwear

• No drinks, loud music, or inappropriate use

• Use the service elevator if wet

• 1 rotating spot per apartment

• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor

• Park centered, respecting the markings

• If you prefer, ask the valet for help, no extra charge

• Going down the ramp to the basement, turning left you will find the Bike Rack

• To use the elevators, take the one in front of reception, which serves apartments ending in 01 to 04. Get off on the 15th floor

• Voltage: 220V

• The TV is Smart and Claro Box channels are available

• Air conditioning: to use, close the windows

• When leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door

• Dispose of it in the collectors located on the ground floor inside the parking lot, right next to the door that gives access to the garage
