📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours start at 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors or pets allowed

• In case of damage, immediately inform Book Santos

• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repair costs

• The apartment does not have a parking space.

• Voltage: 110V

• Apartment 1208 is located on the 12th floor

• The TV is Smart and has free-to-air channels available.

• Curtains: Please handle with special care. They are delicate and must be operated gently, without forcing them.

• Close the windows every time you turn on the air conditioning.

• Organic and recyclable waste can be disposed of on the 1st basement floor (B1).
